The Lowe's Legacy Fund was established in memory of Dean and Charlie Lowe

Thank you for donating in memory of Dean and Charlie
Dean Lowe and his 11-year-old son, Charlie Lowe, tragically lost their lives on 5th August 2023, after being fatally struck by a vehicle whilst walking home.
In their memory, the family have set up The Lowe's Legacy Fund with Jersey Community Foundation.
Although the official criteria for the fund have not yet been established, The Lowe’s Legacy Fund will promote accessibility to the arts and music, support disadvantaged communities in the Island and aid development of those with learning disabilities – subjects close to Dean and Charlie’s hearts.
