Later this year, I’ll be stepping far beyond anything I’ve done before — trekking to over 10,000 feet in the Himalayas and camping out at 9,300 feet, where oxygen levels are around 30% lower than at sea level — to raise vital funds for Autism Jersey. This challenge will test me physically, mentally, and emotionally, and it is well and truly outside my comfort zone.
I’m taking this on because autism doesn’t just affect individuals; it affects entire families, every single day. Autism Jersey provides essential support, guidance, and services that help autistic people live fuller, more independent lives — yet they receive no funding from the States and rely entirely on the generosity of the community to continue their work.
By pushing myself far beyond what feels comfortable, I hope to raise both funds and awareness for a cause that makes a real and lasting difference here in Jersey.
If you’re able to donate, please know that every contribution, no matter the size, will make a genuine difference. All donations go directly to Autism Jersey and, most importantly, stay in Jersey to support local families.
Thank you for believing in this challenge, supporting me on this journey, and helping me stand behind a cause that truly matters.
