About Jen & Richard
This September, my Dad and I will be taking part in the JET Jaunt Race, an adventure inspired by Race Across the World. Alongside other teams, we’ll be racing from St Malo to Rome using public transport only, with one goal: to reach Rome as quickly as possible!
We’re doing this to raise money for the Jersey Employment Trust (JET), an incredible charity that supports Islanders with disabilities and long-term health conditions to secure and sustain meaningful employment. From job searching and skills training to ongoing workplace support, JET helps people maximise their potential and build brighter futures.
If you’re able to support us, no matter how big or small the donation, we would be incredibly grateful. Every contribution will help JET continue making a real difference to people’s lives.

Jersey Employment Trust
The Jersey Employment Trust is a registered charity that supports Islanders who have a disability or long-term health condition secure and sustain work. Our social enterprise Acorn in Trinity also provides work and training opportunities.
Across the organisation, we support more than 500 people a year. More than half of our clients now report mental health issues as their primary disability.
