£950.00 Raised

About Family Halsey/Crisp/Peck

Profile picture

We are fund raising in memory of Michael Halsey loving husband, father, father in law and grandfather and all round gentleman, who passed away suddenly following a stroke.

We are raising funds for two local Jersey charities Music in Action and Jersey Cheshire Homes.

Music was one of Mike’s greatest passions. He loved singing,  the wonderful people he met and friendships he made performing in choirs at school as a boy, for local churches,  Cantabile Jersey and the Jersey Gilbert and Sullivan Society.

It feels especially fitting to help Music in Action, a charity which Mike supported. He believed in their vision  of bringing people of all ages and backgrounds together through music — inspiring creativity, connection, and wellbeing.

In March 2025, Mike gave his final public performance singing at a fundraiser concert  for Jersey Cheshire Homes, the only residential facility in Jersey dedicated to caring for adults with disabilities, including those recovering from a stroke.

If you are able to, we would be so grateful for any donation you can give.  All funds raised will be shared equally between the two charities in Mike’s memory.

Thank you for helping us honour Mike in a way that reflects his love of music, community, and compassion.
