6 months ago this seemed like we had all the time in the world to train. Two of our trio have managed to get themselves ready whilst the third has:
* Ran about 100kms in two months - Mozart finish time is 23 hours
* Managed a scary elevation height of 32 meters Mozart elevation is about 1700
* But now has the poles, the headlamps, the gels, the jackets..

FREEDA
At FREEDA we are dedicated and passionate about our mission to support you and prevent domestic abuse. Our skilled and professional team is always on hand to listen while pro-actively seeking solutions to ensure your safety, designing support plans around your individual needs and wishes.
Our inclusive and accessible person-centred services are delivered in a confidential, non-judgemental, kind and respectful manner. All our services are free of charge and we will not turn anyone escaping domestic abuse away due to financial constraints, housing or nationality.
Our safe house can help you and your children (girls and boys up to 18) for up to 6 months if you are fleeing from domestic abuse. Our trained staff are there to give you emotional and practical support.
